On 20.03.2026, JSC Olsa held a meeting of the Supervisory Board, where the results of the company's work for 2025 were reviewed.

The meeting summed up the results of the work of JSC Olsa for 2025. The Company ensured the fulfillment of the main and key performance indicators of the company's exports of goods, net profit, growth rate of investments in fixed assets, and the index of industrial production in comparable prices (IFO), brought by the Ministry of Industry.

The results of the work for the 12 months of 2025 on increasing and diversifying exports were reviewed. The share of exports in total sales increased by 7.8 percentage points compared to the same period last year and amounted to 69.5%, while the export growth rate was 105.7%. They also discussed the implementation of the approved comprehensive plan for market promotion, increasing sales and exports of products in the 2025-2026 season.

Ekaterina Bogdanovich reported to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the completion of the construction of a new production of electro-welded pipes and metalworking and introduced the organization of a new technological process. As a result of the implementation of the investment project "Creation of modern high-tech production of import-substituting products with the introduction of automated technology for the manufacture of electro-welded pipes and metalworking", a high level of localization of production will be ensured from the supply of rolled products to the production of finished furniture on a metal frame.
