Ekaterina Bogdanovich, Director of JSC Olsa, met with young specialists who arrived at their first workplace at the company. A total of 64 people were employed, which is 5 percent more than last year. Natalia Kuleshova, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and Daria Solonenko, a representative of the country's youth policy and a member of the Youth Council at the Parliament, took part in the meeting. This dialogue became an important event for all participants of the meeting.

Before the meeting, the young specialists were able to get to know the organization of the production process, modern technologies, equipment and products on a large scale. This will allow you to feel like a part of a large team of professionals and make a personal contribution to the development of the Belarusian industry.
The main purpose of the meeting was to create an open space for the exchange of views between management and young employees. Ekaterina Bogdanovich spoke in detail about the company's achievements in recent years, with a development strategy, motivating her to realize herself in her chosen profession through hard work and a responsible attitude to business with further professional training and professional growth. Natalia Kuleshova stressed the importance of interaction between government and business in creating conditions for the sustainable development of the republic's economy. She noted the role of young personnel in the implementation of government initiatives and the support of talented young engineers and technicians. The deputy expressed confidence that the future of domestic production depends on the active position of new generations of specialists.
Daria Solonenko presented the initiatives of the Youth Council aimed at creating favorable conditions for the self-realization of young people.
