Method of submitting electronic appeals
- Last name, first name, patronymic or initials of the citizen;
- Address of the citizen’s place of residence (place of stay);
- Statement of the essence of the appeal;
- Citizen's email address.
An electronic appeal from a legal entity must necessarily contain:
- Name and (or) address of the organization or position of the person to whom the appeal is sent;
- Full name of the legal entity and its location;
- Statement of the essence of the appeal;
- Last name, first name, patronymic of the person or initials of the manager or person authorized to sign applications in the prescribed manner;
- Legal entity email address.
Deadline for consideration of electronic appeal
Electronic appeals must be considered no later than 15 days from the day following the day of registration of appeals, and those requiring additional study and verification - no later than 1 month.
Responses to electronic appeals are sent electronically to the email address specified in the electronic appeal, or in writing to the address of the place of residence (place of stay) of a citizen or location of a legal entity in cases established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 “On appeals from citizens and legal entities."
Applications that:
- They are not presented in Belarusian or Russian;
- They do not contain the surname, first name, patronymic, address of the citizen’s place of residence (place of stay);
- They do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, surname, first name, patronymic of the director or person authorized to sign applications in the prescribed manner (for legal entities);
- Contain text that is unreadable;
- Contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
- Subject to consideration in accordance with the legislation on constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, legislation defining the procedure for administrative proceedings, legislation on administrative procedures, or in accordance with legislative acts, a different procedure for filing and consideration of such appeals has been established;
- Contain questions that are not within the competence of the addressee;
- The deadline for filing a complaint was missed without a valid reason;
- A repeated appeal has been submitted and does not contain new circumstances;
- Correspondence with the applicant has been stopped.
Revocation of an electronic appeal is carried out by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form in the same way in which the electronic appeal was sent.
